About Paula

Paula is available for naturopathy and massage appointments Monday to Saturday.

After completing my Certificate in Body Massage from the Makara College of Therapeutic Massage in 1994, I studied through the London School of Aromatherapy, obtaining my Diploma in Holistic Aromatherapy in 1995. I have since gone on to graduate from the Naturopathic College of New Zealand with a Diploma in Naturopathy (Merit) and Diploma of Homeobotanical Therapy (both 2004), as well as holding a Certificate in Advanced Hawaiian Lomilomi Massage and Certificate in Pohaku Hot Stone Massage from Touch of Aloha.

In 2009 I completed a course in Practical Herbal Therapy through the Australian College of Phytotherapy. I am currently completing a Post Graduate Certificate in Fertility and Reproductive Health, studying with respected herbalist Yvonne Gattung.

Through my studies, and with over ten years experience in natural health, I have a particular interest in mental health, as well as digestive disorders and preconception care.

I am also an experienced adult educator, holding a National Certificate in Adult Education and Training. I also own Fluid Form Fitness, offering dance fitness and Pilates classes.

In my relaxing home-based clinic, and as a professional member of both the New Zealand Society of Naturopaths and New Zealand Register of Holistic Aromatherapists, I offer each of my clients holistic treatments for mind, body, and soul.
